Peanut Butter Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Egg

  • 1 TBSP Oil

  • 1 Cup Pancake Mix

  • 1 Cup Water

  • 4 TBSP PBFit Chocolate Peanut Butter Powder

  • 2 TBSP Chocolate Chips

  • 1 TSP Honey

  • 2 TBSP Chia Seeds

  • Non-Dairy butter (to taste)

Instructions:

1. Mix ingredients in a bowl until smooth

2. Heat up pan or griddle with non-dairy butter

3. Pour pancake batter onto hot surface

4. Cook until air bubbles show (approx. 2-4 minutes)

5. Flip pancakes and cook another 2-3 minutes

6. Top with maple syrup and enjoy
